D Fitness was established in 2015… since a young age I have always been into fitness. My dad would teach me how to do press ups and simulate Bruce Lee.
I was in good shape during my teenage years and then in my mid twenties, the lifestyle of socialising took over. I gained weight over the years through a poor diet and tipped the scales at nearly 18st in early 2015.
The ironic thing was that I believed I was in good shape, however my food choices let me down and old photos show that I was overweight. After finding the inspiration to lose weight I decided to become a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness coach.
I also am an qualified Hatton Academy Elite Boxing Fitness coach, Indoor Cycling Instructor, Suspended Movement (TRX) Instructor, Mindset Coach and Sports Massage Therapist.
My goal as a professional trainer is to help people, and share my experience to my clients. I focus on clients who have a long term goal, whether this is medical or based on personal circumstance. You have to have a strong ‘WHY’ for investing in an trainer like myself. That is the success I have with clients, their reasons can be weight loss, gaining and growth, mindset or on medical grounds.
I can cater for all levels and experiences in health and fitness. My sessions aren’t generic, or for one type of person. I can adapt the session to suit the client. You will get stronger, fitter, more confident and feel better.
I don’t do specific or fad diets, I can look at your nutrition intake and advise accordingly. I won’t stop you from eating food or stop you from having a ‘normal’ lifestyle. Everything can be adapted in moderation and this has proven to work amazingly with my current and previous clients.
