D Fitness was established in 2015… since a young age I have always been into fitness.
I was in good shape during my teenage years and then in my mid twenties, the lifestyle of socialising took over. I gained weight over the years through a poor diet and tipped the scales at nearly 18st in early 2015.
The ironic thing was that I believed I was in good shape, however my food choices let me down and old photos show that I was overweight. After finding the inspiration to lose weight I decided to become a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness coach.

I started working with Daz to help me lose weight for my wedding. I’d lost weight before but had always put it back on, along with a bit more!
I got married last year and felt amazing having lost 2.5stone, my fitness and confidence has grown and I’m really grateful for the support Daz has given me. I’ve now lost over 3 stone and it feels great!!
I would absolutely recommend Daz, he’s client focussed works towards your goals, provides helpful tips and information and gives you belief and encouragement. He also kicks your ass when needs be!!

Hi, my name is Chris Roberts “@the12monthgoal”. I started having PT with Daz nearly 12 months ago. I started out at 125Kg I’m now just under 112Kg but I’ve gained 12Kg of muscle so a huge fat loss. This is down to the support and training Daz has offered. I’ve gained confidence, and I now no longer get tired or get out of breath doing daily tasks. 6 months ago if you had told me that I would have a personal trainer, I wouldn’t have believed you.
My thoughts of a PT was someone who was there for only for fit people, who wanted to get ripped.
Daz could do that for you but he offers so much more, tailored sessions to suit, your aims.
Adjusting your sessions as your requirements alter.

I met Daz about 2 1/2 years ago now when I was encouraged to join one of his spin classes , and the rest is history as they say , he has a way of making you want to improve you fitness and wellbeing without you realizing , he encourages and pushes you when its needed and genuinely seems to care about you as an individual, I do personal training once a week with Daz and have recently completed a 5K obstacle race and plan to complete in a 10k Born Survivor race with him later in the year – none of this would have been remotely possible without his support. I would recommend Daz anyone no matter who you are and what level of fitness you have , he will tailor training to suit you and continue to tweak it until it suits – have a go … it will be worth it !
